Alice's Tearooms

Situated on the First Floor within easy reach of our Fashion Collections, our Tearooms offer a relaxing retreat from characterless Coffee Shop chains.

They are named after Alice-Herbert's daughter who single handedly ran the store through the war and the subsequent depression and are designed to give tribute to her and to a more elegant era.

If you want to get a unique view of the High Street while enjoying your refreshments take a seat in our Turrett window and watch the town go by!

Our Menu

We serve a wide variety of freshly prepared food and refreshments including Breakfast and Cream Teas.

As well as seasonal Special Choices, we offer a regular menu featuring toasted muffins, baguettes, paninis, toasties and jacket potatoes.

If you have a special requirement or fancy a tweak to our menu talk to our team who will be happy to help if they can.
